The International Project Finance Association (IPFA) is a company limited by guarantee, established in London in 1998 as a not-for-profit trade organisation dedicated to promoting and representing the interests of companies involved in project finance and public private partnerships around the world and their staff.

The IPFA is governed by the Council of Management (UK Council) which consists of elected or co-opted individual members of the Association.
