This session will provide an overview of the differing stakeholder perspectives on the challenges and benefits of taking a common user approach to the development of infrastructure for the resources sector in Western Australia. The session will be opened by the WA State Treasurer Troy Buswell and will be followed by a panel session comprising senior industry representatives.
