Training
IPFA designs and organises intensive training programmes and workshops for governments, public sector bodies and private sector companies across the world.
The courses range from an introduction to project finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) through to detailed negotiations courses on the principles and terms of contract guidance essential for anyone involved in structuring, bidding for, or negotiating PPP deals.
The courses are delivered by experienced PPP practitioners who have negotiated successful projects using case studies chosen for their relevance to the country and sectors involved.
Courses can include detailed documentation analysis and negotiation, of particular interest to project negotiators from both the public and private sectors.
The courses are designed for and with the client to develop practical strategies for successful projects, highlighting best practice and tips for success.
