What activities does FLN offer?
Our FLN activities are split across four streams: global webinars, workshops & online networking, regional FLN events & site visits, podcast and on-demand content…
1. Global webinars, workshops & online networking
Live and interactive virtual sessions providing opportunities to learn and build on skills, whilst connecting with peers through educational industry updates, workshops, and networking clubs. Available to Global (full access) members.
2. Regional FLN events & site visits
Exclusive insights on the key regional market developments. We also arrange site visits, social receptions and soft-skills focused sessions offering opportunities to build on skills and develop your professional profile. Access is dependent on your membership level.
3. Podcast
Available via Spotify, Apple Podcasts or our website, our ‘A Future Leaders’ Guide to…’ podcast invites industry leaders from all walks of life to share their best tips and practical advice to help the next generation make informed career choices, shaping their future.
4. On-demand content
All recorded content (webinars and videos), event summaries and presentations are uploaded to our Knowledge Hub and can be accessed by all members.

Our dedicated Committees are the voice of our FLN, helping us create a friendly, innovative and educational community for you to be a part of.
What are FLN Committees?
Comprised of early to mid-career professionals, our Committees are the voice of FLN, helping us create a friendly and innovative community for the next generation. We work closely with Committees to map out an engaging pipeline of educational activities and experiences across nine branches, they are: Africa, Asia, Australia, Belgium, Germany, Middle East, Netherlands, North America and UK
Can anyone get involved?
FLN is inclusive for all and we encourage all backgrounds, disabilities, ethnicities and genders to join. We ask for those applying for FLN Committees to be involved in the infrastructure and energy space and have no more than 10 years’ experience. We are particularly looking for individuals who represent the investor, developer, technical or public sector perspectives to apply.
What are the benefits of joining an FLN committee?
As an FLN Committee Member you will have the exclusive opportunity to: influence the direction of the FLN initiative; experience being part of a sounding board; gain industry exposure; make new connections; learn new skills; share knowledge and ideas with peers.
