About Networks & Special Interest Groups

IPFA Networks are focused on knowledge sharing, networking for our Full member community and content for all of our members. We have created these groups to add value to our membership through connecting, collaborating and networking in a unique, global environment.

Via associated Special Interest Groups, Networks will produce reports and research that will be publicised both inside and outside of the IPFA community, with the purpose of sharing thought leadership from key leaders in developments and best practice globally.

Networks will keep a pulse on the market discussing new our industry to drive the conversation via virtual group meetings. They will also encourage individual connections to actively engage members.

Networks will be chaired by members selected from the membership to drive the activities.

The Energy Transition Network

IPFA is the go-to forum for industry insights and developments in the Energy Transition and has made Energy Transition its central theme for 2024.

The transition to a net-zero economy will require significant investments in infrastructure, innovation, and research and development. Aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the key objective for this group is to explore and debate how energy and infrastructure markets can be used to accelerate and support a global just and equitable transition that leaves no one behind.
