The programme covers concepts structured in a way to help new and experienced participants understand:

Andy Pearson
Director
Andy is currently fulfilling several advisory roles. These include development of international business for an SME and providing strategic advice on funding options for prospective infrastructure projects in the UK.
In his previous role at John Laing Group, he led the European Asset Management business, responsible for all of the asset portfolio across Europe including assets in the rail, highway, energy and health care sectors.
A civil engineer by profession, Andy spent the first 15 years of his career on construction sites in the transport and utilities sectors. He has been involved in project finance since 2000. Over the last 20 years he has led bids, provided technical and commercial advice to projects across the globe, led business units, been seconded into PPP projects, and sat on numerous project company boards across a wide spectrum of sectors including the Severn River Crossing and Intercity Express Programme.
