What was the event about?

The challenge of unequal access due to opportunity disparities, education gaps, and socio-economic barriers creates a ‘class ceiling’ that demands more than hard work to overcome. By prioritising open dialogue and fostering collective willingness to learn, we aim to propel meaningful change towards achieving tangible impact

This FLN event focused on exploring the nuances of social mobility discussions whilst addressing key challenges in translating passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into actionable momentum.
