Fernando has developed his career advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects across the transportation, energy, water and social infrastructure sectors.

In the last 25+ years he has worked in Europe, Africa, the US, Latin America and more recently in Saudi Arabia where he lead KPMG's infrastructure finance practice. Previously he led KPMG's infrastructure team in Latin America, the infrastructure team in Brazil, in Portugal and was a member of the executive committee of KPMG's Africa Infrastructure practice.
