Raphaël Chabrolle has over 25 years of corporate and project financing experience. He joined SMBC in January 2008, after starting his career in Societe Generale London (2000-2002), and then working in The Royal Bank of Scotland‘s Paris and Hong offices (2002-2007). Raphaël is currently working on a number of power projects in the Asia Pacific region in the power and renewables sector, both on financial advisory and arranging mandates. In Asia Pacific, Raphaël has been involved on the financing of infrastructure, conventional power and renewables projects over the last 18 years, including several offshore wind projects in Taiwan and South Korea, and various renewables projects in the Philippines. Raphaël has a MBA degree from Essec Business School (Paris) and a political sciences degree from Sciences Po (Paris).
