Annual General Meeting 2026

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) gives members the opportunity to share ideas, views and suggestions to help shape the future direction of the association. The meeting will also provide an opportunity to reflect on IPFA’s achievements over the past year and share an update on the priorities identified as part of its ongoing global strategy.

The AGM will be a hybrid event, taking place both in person and online on Tuesday 3 November. Further details, including how to register, can be found here.

This year, three non-executive director vacancies on the IPFA Board will be appointed at the AGM. Applications have now closed, and voting will open on 7 October and run until 2 November. Voting information has been sent to the main representative for each member organisation, enabling them to vote on the resolutions and Board elections being put forward at the AGM.

Please check with your organisation’s main representative to ensure they have voted. Contact us if you are unsure who your representative is.
