Navigating the Path to Net Zero in Asia through Just Energy Transition and Carbon Capture Markets

What was the event about?
Asia is at something of a cross-roads, when it comes to ways of achieving the various Net Zero targets that individual countries have set for themselves. Sustainability and decarbonisation are taking increasing prominence in markets that historically have been underserviced when it comes to energy production. With allocations of US$20 billion for Indonesia and US$15 billion for Vietnam from members of the Just Energy Transition Partnership, there is strong interest in Asian energy markets again.
We had some of Asia’s key market players in the areas of Just Energy Transition, discuss the latest in Carbon storage and other opportunities such as transition credits, as well as be updated on Renewable Energy Sector developments generally in the region.
