PFI Dispute Resolution Forum Could Help ‘Ensure Quality of Decisions’

This article was produced by Pinsent Masons, a member of IPFA.

Pinsent Masons’ dispute resolution Partner, Zoe de Courcy Arbiser, provides her analysis of the recommendations in this article.
