About the Opportunity

EY are looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Insights team, recognized as an expert on the topic of infrastructure development, construction, or related fields such as transportation, energy or real estate financing & investments, with the ability to combine strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with real-world perspective driven by an understanding of both clients’ issues and broader marketplace drivers. Responsible for delivering high-impact analysis and insight for the Infrastructure sector in accordance with the priorities agreed in the domain’s Integrated Insights Plan (IIP). Examples of the deliverables that form part of the role;

• Buyer landscape: Provide insights on procurement trends using past RFPs to highlight “in-demand” services and competitive positioning.
• Market assessment & sizing: Support long-term strategy with comprehensive market sizing of opportunities at regional and country level.
• Contracting & policy trends: Analyse government spending priorities, contracting vehicles, and policy shifts to identify high-value opportunities.
• Benchmarking & competitive analysis: Identify best practices and peer positioning for projects across regions.
• Thought leadership (Global / regional) : Develop POVs and tailored content adapting global insights to address specific capacity challenges/Themes
• Impact assessment: Map client-specific challenges (e.g., workforce, demand, resilience) to pipeline opportunities for growth.
• Opportunity pipeline: Identify and track investment opportunities in regional transport projects to support pursuit planning.
• Media briefs & stakeholder engagement: Prepare insights for conferences and briefings to position EY as a trusted advisor
