How interactive are the virtual sessions, and will I be able to engage with the trainers?
The course is delivered as live, interactive virtual classroom sessions via Microsoft Teams. Participants can ask questions, join discussions, and engage directly with senior industry practitioners throughout each module.

What is the time commitment each week?
The programme consists of eight two‑hour weekly modules, plus a four‑hour practical workshop in Module 9. Sessions are designed to fit alongside full‑time work schedules.

Are the sessions recorded if I cannot attend live?
Yes, each module is recorded and sent out to delegates after the session. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged due to the interactive nature of the course. You can clarify whether recordings are available when registering.
