New UK Future Leaders Network Committee Member from KfW IPEX Bank

We are pleased to welcome on board Lisa Marie Will, CFA Charterholder at KfW IPEX-Bank, as a UK Future Leaders Network Committee Member:

Lisa is part of KfW IPEX-Bank’s Structuring and Origination Team with focus on Digital Infrastructure Transactions and is a CFA Charterholder.

Lisa has broad experience in renewable energy and infrastructure transactions across all aspects of deal structuring, execution, portfolio management, agency and loan administration. She moved to London in 2017 to pursue a role in Nord/LB’s Agency Team and later moved on to work as a Portfolio Manager with focus on renewables. She then joined the Origination team at KDB, covering a variety of asset classes across EMEA prior to joining KfW IPEX in summer 2024.

What do you hope to bring to the FLN Committee?
I was very fortunate to have a mentor from the early stages of my career until today and had the opportunity to work with many inspiring professionals. Not everyone has access to the guidance I have received. Through my role in the FLN Committee, I am hoping to bridge that gap and create opportunities for others to grow.
