Adam is a Director in Jacobs Programmes and Advisory team. and a Chartered Accountant with a career of over 20 years, focussing on the development, delivery and operation of complex infrastructure projects using a variety of private finance and alternative funding models to access and administer funding.
Adam has a background working with and advising public sector bodies on the financial and commercial aspects of projects during his experience in consultancy and previously as Director of Corporate Finance at National Highways.
Adam’s experience spans a wide range of sectors including Highways, Road User Charging/Tolling and Social Infrastructure. Adam currently leads work for Jacobs in advising lenders regarding due diligence, contractual performance, and financial position regarding key Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects and advising public and private sector clients regarding procurement and contractual models for infrastructure.
