Christopher Reeves is a global executive and Independent Operating Partner with over 20 years’ experience creating value across capital-intensive sectors including energy, infrastructure and natural resources. He advises Boards and institutional investors on integrating sustainability into strategy, governance, and operations to unlock long-term performance and enable future-fit business models. As Vice Chair of the OECD-backed Blue Dot Network’s Executive Consultation Group, Christopher leads efforts to mobilise investment into quality, trusted infrastructure projects. His career spans leadership roles at John Laing (KKR), PwC, and Eurowag, where he led transformative energy, infrastructure, mining and transport projects across 90+ countries. Christopher brings a practical lens to value creation—operationalising sustainability, de-risking complex investments, and scaling innovation through new technologies and business models. He focuses on bankable, resilient infrastructure solutions that deliver measurable outcomes in energy, climate, nature and social impact.
