Dominic is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS, PQS) with 30 years’ experience in Construction and Infrastructure, including in the UK, Canada, the USA and South Africa. Dominic has over 23 years’ experience advising Government agencies, Lenders and Investors on PPP/P3, project finance and M&A transactions across the globe. Dominic became a Partner at Turner & Townsend in 2015 and his current role is Director of Corporate Compliance and Assurance for North America.

Dominic has served on the IPFA Board since 2020 and is also Vice Chair of Canadian Council for IPFA. Dominic also sits on the Board of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
