Gerda is a project finance banker for the EIB, covering Benelux, France, Ireland, Italy and Iberian Peninsula. She is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of pathfinding and flagship infrastructure and energy projects co-financed by EIB. She is particularly interested in climate finance and green transition projects.

Before joining EIB, Gerda worked as a M&A and Banking & Finance lawyer advising multinational clients on broad range of transactions. In addition, she used to lecture finance law at Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania) and to this date enjoys participating and sharing insights on energy and transition issues in seminars and conferences.
