Laure Lusteau is Deputy General Counsel at STX Group, based in Amsterdam. With over 12 years of experience in cross‑border financing transactions, Laure leads legal matters and strategy across STX’s global environmental commodities trading activities. With a particular focus on trade finance, cross‑border corporate and governance structures, she is actively involved in designing innovative transaction structures involving environmental commodities. Prior to joining STX, she was Counsel at Clifford Chance LLP in Amsterdam, having previously practised in London, Singapore and Paris. Her experience includes leveraged finance, maritime finance, trade finance, project finance and other complex lending structures
