Nawara Msallati, CFA is a senior infrastructure and project finance professional with over a decade of hands-on experience structuring and financing large-scale PPP and project-financed infrastructure projects across the Middle East and emerging markets. She has led sponsor-side financing processes on complex transactions spanning power, water, waste, transport, and social infrastructure, working closely with commercial banks, ECAs, multilaterals, and public-sector counterparties from early bankability assessment through financial close. Nawara is a Council Member of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) Middle East, a CFA charterholder, and an experienced IPFA trainer. She brings a highly practical, deal-driven approach to training, translating real transaction experience into clear frameworks and actionable learning for practitioners.
