Rachel Nodder is a Commercial Specialist in IPA's Financial Advisory Group, supporting departmental colleagues with financial and commercial issues related to the delivery of Government infrastructure programmes, as well as contract management for the operational PFI estate. Prior to joining the civil service, Rachel was a Senior Director with Royal Bank of Scotland and previously Rothschild, with responsibility for transaction origination, structuring, and advice related to property and asset finance.
