Younes is an Associate Director in KPMG Ireland’s Infrastructure and Government team. He has a decade of experience providing financial and commercial advice to clients on the structuring, procurement and appraisal of infrastructure projects and major government services. He also advises on the contract management for public-private infrastructure assets. He is particularly active in the infrastructure sub-sectors of transport (road, railway, aviation/airports), telecommunications, digital infrastructure, energy and social infrastructure. Younes is an engineer by background, and has experience advising on and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across a range of sectors in Ireland, France, in the EU and around the world. Younes holds an MSc in Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech (France), an MSc in Project/Structured Finance from Paris Nanterre University (France), and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
