With foreign investment continuing to grow in Kazakhstan there is plenty of potential for development. This inaugural IPFA session will discuss project financing issues and alternatives in Kazakhstan. The focus will be on the private banking sector and capital markets, conventional and Shari'ah compliance and PPPs. Representatives from government and government agencies, including the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, multi-lateral financiers and private sector banks are expected to attend.
