IPFA Special Interest Groups bring together infrastructure and energy professionals from around the world to tackle critical industry themes, produce actionable research, and deliver thought leadership that drives innovation and shapes the future of the sector.

How do they work?

Special Interest Groups run for a fixed period (typically 4–5 months) with clearly defined objectives.
Members collaborate virtually with peers and industry leaders on a focused topic or theme.
Groups produce research, reports, or insights that are published on IPFA platforms.
Participation is structured and goal-oriented, with milestones and deliverables.

Open to all IPFA members with a Full or Honorary subscription.
We welcome IPFA members at all stages, from early-career professionals interested in building their knowledge, to experienced industry leaders looking to contribute to global knowledge.
