Elena Wronski from PwC, joins our Ireland Future Leaders Network Committee

We are pleased to welcome on board Elena Wronski, Manager from PwC as a new member of our Future Leaders Committee in Ireland.

Bio:
Elena joins us from PwC where she sits as Manager. Since 2021, Elena has worked as a consultant at PwC (within their Luxembourg, Canada, and Ireland offices), starting in sustainable finance before moving into infrastructure. Elena’s work supports clients in delivering capital projects effectively and efficiently, with a primary focus on the renewable energy and maritime transportation sectors. Having worked in Luxembourg, Canada, and Ireland, Elena brings an international perspective on infrastructure projects and energy transition challenges. Elena is passionate about accelerating the shift towards a low-carbon economy and developing innovative solutions that combine economic growth with environmental responsibility.
We asked Elena a couple of questions to get to know her better:
IPFA: Finish the sentence: “The future of infrastructure and energy is…”
Elena: “…collaborative, resilient, and data-driven. It will be defined by the integration of clean technologies, digital tools, and sustainable financing to achieve net-zero targets. Collaboration across public and private sectors will also be essential to delivering projects that are both economically viable and environmentally responsible. It is also a future built on inclusivity, innovation, and adaptability. By empowering diverse voices and new ideas, we can create infrastructure that supports communities, accelerates the energy transition, and fosters long-term resilience. The next generation of professionals will definitely play a key role in driving this transformation.”
IPFA: What do you hope to bring to the Ireland Future Leaders Network Committee?
Elena: “- I hope to bring global perspective and experience, relevant expertise, and a genuine enthusiasm for collaboration and knowledge sharing. Having worked on energy and infrastructure projects across Europe and North America, I value the importance of diverse viewpoints and cross-regional learning. I want to support the Future Leaders Network by organising meaningful events, encouraging engagement, and connecting professionals across sectors. I am passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders through the Future Leaders Network – creating opportunities to develop their skills, gain visibility, and contribute to a more sustainable, innovative, and inclusive infrastructure and energy industry.”
