Helga is a lawyer and independent board member. She has worked on a range of award-winning infrastructure, energy, and other projects across the globe for over 20 years, combining advisory, transactional, and litigation experience, including mediation and arbitration. She works with the public and private sector on the entire lifecycle of projects, from creating a robust regulatory framework to the tendering process, contracting, and dispute prevention and resolution. She speaks regularly on PPP, compliance, and procurement, and contributed to publications such as Global Infrastructure Hub’s PPP Risk Allocation Tool and the World Bank’s guidance on PPP Contractual Provisions. In addition, she continues to work on a number of pro bono projects.
