Jack Keene from KPMG, joins our Asia Future Leaders Network Committee

We are pleased to welcome on board Jack Keene, Assistant Manager from KPMG as a new member of our Future Leaders Committee in Asia.

We recently caught up with Jack to ask him a few questions…

IPFA: If you could personally change or influence one thing within infrastructure and/or energy, what would it be?

Jack: I would focus on improving collaboration and understanding between stakeholders within the energy sector. Infrastructure and energy are built on aligned expectation and knowledge between investors, developers, and government. Alignment and strong partnership between stakeholders in the sector are critical to driving energy development in APAC.

IPFA: Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to yourself at the start of your career?

Jack: Two pieces of advice: to always be curious and forge strong relationships. Curiosity opens doors to new ideas and optimised solutions – it’s shown me new pathways within my career I otherwise would not have seen. I also believe that strong, trusting relationships are the backbone of every successful project. When people collaborate and engage with confidence and mutual respect, we deliver better outcomes for everyone.

IPFA: What do you hope to bring to the Future Leaders Committee?

Jack: I hope to bring new perspectives to the committee from Australia and the Middle East to foster greater regional collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst young professionals in Asia and beyond.
