Bio:
Richard is a seasoned Asset Manager with extensive experience overseeing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK. He has successfully managed multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) across the education, healthcare, and justice sectors, taking a proactive, full-service approach to optimising both financial and operational asset performance.
With a strong track record in risk mitigation and value enhancement, Richard has worked closely with public and private sector clients, lenders, and regulators to ensure the long-term success of complex infrastructure assets.
In addition to his asset management expertise, Richard has a background in electrical engineering consultancy, specialising in pre-planning, enabling works, detailed design, and design-build contracts. His experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, sports, education, and heritage developments.
