New UK Future Leaders Network Committee Member from Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a part of BlackRock

We are pleased to welcome on board Jessica Franks, from Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a part of BlackRock, as a UK Future Leaders Network Committee Member:

Bio:

Jess Franks, Vice President, is a member of the Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a part of BlackRock, Infrastructure Credit investment team. Jess is also part of the GRESB Infrastructure Debt ESG Working Group which aims to improve ESG disclosures within the Infrastructure Debt industry.

Prior to this role, Jess was part of the Product Strategy team at BlackRock and responsible for product development, fundraising and investor relations across Infrastructure Debt separate accounts and commingled Funds. Jess also worked within BlackRock’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG), a global business focused on managing balance sheet assets and providing risk management services to insurance companies. In this role, Jess was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance clients.

What do you hope to bring to this FLN Committee?
With experience in Infrastructure Debt investment and sustainability initiatives, I hope to be able to help develop IPFA’s events and training strategy which can be harnessed to strengthen engagement with new and existing members.
