IPFA is committed to driving and supporting change with respect to diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the energy, infrastructure and renewable industries. In order to improve our practices and our approach to D&I, we have recently created a D&I task force and we are looking for more members to join us.
As part of the D&I task force you will
- Support the IPFA Secretariat in making timely and relevant progress with the D&I plan
- Proactively participate and provide input towards the overall D&I plan
- Creatively consider new ways for us to address D&I throughout our activities
