New Australia Future Leaders Network Committee Member from ANZ
We are pleased to welcome on board Julia Koh from ANZ, as a Australia Future Leaders Network Committee Member:
We asked Julia, a few questions to get to know her a bit better:
If you could personally change or influence one thing within infrastructure and/or energy, what would it be?
It would be to develop tailored solutions for sustainable and affordable housing. This sector requires involvement and collaboration from all stakeholders across the public and private sectors to create efficient and timely structures for capital deployment. By bringing everyone to the table, we can address the issue more effectively.
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to yourself at the start of your career?
With the knowledge I have now, I would advise myself to ask more questions and seek clarity whenever needed. Volunteering for new opportunities and challenges, even those that seem daunting, is crucial. Above all, I would encourage myself to have confidence in my abilities. Understanding now the interconnected nature of the infrastructure and energy sectors, I would have invested more time in building professional connections—one of the reasons I joined the IPFA FLN committee.
What do you hope to bring to the FLN Committee?
As a member of the Future Leaders Committee, I aim to bring clear and useful insights on new trends, encourage practical solutions, and work alongside other members. Collaboration will be key to harnessing our collective expertise.
