If you could personally change or influence one thing within infrastructure and/or energy, what would it be?

Promoting inclusivity and diverse perspectives in the decision-making process, ensuring that the future of infrastructure is designed to be not only sustainable but also circular.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to yourself at the start of your career?

Embrace opportunities and stay open to new challenges. Strategic growth and development come from engaging with diverse perspectives and continuously learning, so be proactive in building connections and gaining insights from others.

What do you hope to bring to this Committee?

I hope to contribute my commitment to growth and development for both the FLN Committee and the future leaders it aims to support. I’m excited to engage in strategic discussions and help realise initiatives that support a vibrant and inclusive community where people can meet, learn, and share ideas.
