Transforming Tomorrow – a branded content series launches today

Infrastructure is one of humanity’s most powerful tools for transformation.

Infrastructure quietly shapes our world and is embedded in the systems that determine how we live, move and thrive together. Yet as global challenges grow more complex, from climate disruption to population pressures, the systems that sustain our lives must evolve to meet an ever-changing world.

Transforming Tomorrow is a new digital series, presented by IPFA and includes a branded content film produced for us by BBC Storyworks Commercial Productions, exploring how the future of infrastructure is being redefined. Across the globe, the series follows the innovators and communities reimagining how we build systems that will be used every day while also investing in the infrastructure that we might need in the future. The innovations explored in this series are making the places we live and foundations that support us more resilient, resources more sustainable, and societies more equitable.

From renewable energy-powered data centres in the Arctic, the London tunnels connecting communities and the crisis response that keeps people online, to the maritime industry in Norway and the collaborative project helping to rebuild Hatay, these stories explore the power of human ingenuity to restore balance and reshape our world for generations to come.

“We were keen to be involved because Transforming Tomorrow brings that future to life through a fresh lens. We’re passionate about the future of infrastructure and want to open this up to a wider audience to help demystify how it works, who it impacts and why it matters.

IPFA collaborated as a content expert, drawing on insights from our Board and global membership. We’re proud that many of our members shared their case studies and experiences which we hope will inform, inspire and spark continued conversations across the industry and beyond.”, said Daisy Brooker, CEO, IPFA.

As we rethink what it means to build for both people and planet, Transforming Tomorrow invites us to imagine a future where progress and more sustainable approaches work hand in hand.
