Job Vacancy | Senior Membership Manager | IPFA

To support our growing community, we are looking for a new Senior Membership Manager at IPFA!

The Senior Membership Manager is responsible for growing and retaining IPFA’s global membership base and ensuring member organisations receive clear value throughout their membership journey.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for driving membership acquisition, retention and engagement activities, overseeing the membership lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding through to ongoing engagement, renewal and reactivation.

Working closely with Regional Operations, Marketing and other colleagues, the Senior Membership Manager will use member insight, engagement data and market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen member relationships and continually improve IPFA’s membership proposition and experience.

The main duties for this exciting opportunity include responsibility for:

• Membership acquisition and growth – developing and delivering activity to attract new member organisations and grow IPFA’s global membership base.
• Member retention and engagement – building strong member relationships, understanding member needs and driving engagement and renewal.
• Onboarding and the membership journey – ensuring new members are effectively welcomed and supported, and continually improving the member experience throughout the membership lifecycle.
• Cross-team collaboration – working with Regional Operations, Marketing and the wider team to identify opportunities, share member insight and maximise the value members receive from IPFA.
